Legal Information and other stuff

This is the part I've always disliked, where I have to get all technical about what can and can't be done, and other things to prevent needless lawsuits. I will try to spell this out plain and simple. First, if you think something on my site is yours, and it is being used wrongly, improperly, is stolen, or for some other reason, I do not have the right to have it, give me an email. P_WES_S *at* yahoo.com. (I don't like spam so I do that to confuse the less sophisticated bots. Replace the *at* with @).

Second. Not everything on my site is mine. I know this. The flash games as of 10/28/2006 contains nothing that is mine. I have tried to get ones that only say free download, or whatnot, but if that source stole them, I will remove any thing that is not to be displayed. Other things I have downloaded and modified, and have lost the origional source. If you are the origional source of something on my site, and would like it documented, again send me an email.

Third. All articles on here are my intelectual property. They represent research and other work. Please do not 'borrow' articles. You may link directly. You may use my acticles for research to write an article. (I am bad with cititations, so as long as you are not quoting, you don't need a link back. I have a bad problem of reading several acticles, then writing one, drawing on what I learned but not the actual articles. I would have trouble citing even if I could find them again. A link back is always nice, but not necessary).

Fourth. This site contains articles and tutorials. Now, last time I checked I was not perfect. These may be flawed. I don't claim the material to be correct, acurate, or up to date. I try, but as time wears on, things will get old. Also, there are times when a freak incident may make something work or not work. If you follow an article or tutorial on this site, I have no gaurentee it will work. I have no gaurentee that it will not make something blow up, or anything else. In short, I am not responsible for what you do with the knowledge on this site. Now, if there is something wrong or potentialy wrong, I am will be glad for an email, and will try to correct it if possible, however you have been warned that all material is 'as-is'. No warrenty.

Fifth. I am a webhost. Plain and short people can post things up on my site that may or may not be legal, proper, correct, ect. I have no control over what can be posted up. I do have the control of deleting things I catch that shouldn't be posted, but cannot keep up with all the sites that may be here. Plain and short, if there is a problem with a site hosted under me, give me an email, and I will take care of the problem if I deem there to be one.

Webhost Agreement.

First. When you create an account you agree to not abuse this service. You will not upload illegal or illicit material. Simple, no theft, no pornography. If there is something that falls in a grey area, email me.

Second, I retain complete control over your site. If I decide that the site, a page, a paragraph, a picture, a word, or a letter is inappropriate, I can remove it. I can delete your entire site, and account without notice for any reason. I can fold up the entire server without notice for any reason. I am not responsible for any damage my actions may cause.

Third. Any tampering with the ads will be considered reason for deletion. Period.

Fourth. You may at any time request deletion for your account and site by emailing me. Do give me plenty of time to respond.

By creating an account, and uploading pages you agree to these terms. This notice can be changed at any time without warning.

Now that I've said all that legal stuff to cover myself, I can be nice again. First, I want to be as acurate and complete as possible. If you think something could be better, or should be included, email me. Those of you who are hosted by me, I want you to suceed in your site. Simply put, if you do well, so do I.
